A retired Texas Ranger and his three aging cohorts are hired to clean up a lawless western town. This 1969 made-for-television movie was so popular at the time it lead to a sequel a year later. Old Western Movie fans will immediately recognize the Co-Stars from the hundreds of film they’ve collectively appeared in through the years.

That is just part of the appeal of this veteran character actor laden movie. These Hollywood veterans know well how to play both their roles and off of each other. Their declining physical skills mean they must confront situations with brains rather than brawn leading to some truly comical and entertaining moments.
