Chinatown’s back alleys are full of secret entrances to illegal gambling parlors run by Tongs, rival local gangs who fight among themselves. The Tong members live on the edge of two worlds where their own social and legal code establishes their border. Anyone who crosses may never return.

Following a bloody massacre in one of Seattle Chinatown’s underground gambling houses, a take-no-prisoners cop hunts down the one man who escaped. Fleeing from not only the cops and the FBI, but also from a lethal Tong hit squad sent by gang leaders, the panicked accomplice teams up with a captive prostitute and goes on the lam. It’s up to Detective Randy Walker (Heavener) to catch them first. Based on a true event from 1982.
